The cooperative merchant is a home furnishing factory from the Chinese mainland. 2. Precise traffic ignition: Sign up for low-price traffic diversion activities such as "Daily Sale" and "9.9 Yuan Free Shipping" on Pinduoduo, and combine them with high-commission promotions on Duoduo Jinbao to attract Taobao affiliates to expand their business. Optimize product titles (add "Home Large Capacity", "Fold to save space", "Group Buying is more cost-effective") to increase search exposure;
3. Visual and Conversion Optimization: Simplify the design of the detail page, highlighting the core selling points of "low price, practicality, and multiple scenarios". Mark the comparison between the group-buying price and the original price on the first screen of the main image, and pair it with real photos of the warehouse to enhance trust. Set up "Get 3 yuan back for successful group buying by Posting pictures" to increase the success rate and positive review rate of group buying.
Project outcome
After three months of cooperation, the monthly sales volume of the store soared from 400 orders to 15,000 orders, the GMV exceeded 680,000 yuan, and the success rate of group buying remained stable at over 85%.
The folding storage box has ranked among the TOP30 in the "Home Storage" category on Pinduoduo, with a monthly sales volume of over 12,000 pieces for a single model. The ROI of Duoduo Jinbao promotion is 1:5.8.
The DSR score of the store has been raised from 3.4 to 4.7, and the proportion of natural traffic has reached 45%, successfully achieving a cold start for the new store.
