Core operation strategy
1. Data-driven product selection and pricing: Relying on the consumption data from Shopee Brazil Station, we target the demand for "mini and high cost-performance" small household appliances, adjust the pricing of mini blenders to the local mainstream price range (299-399 reais), and offer a "10% off for orders over 2 items" combo discount.
2. Localized fulfillment and promotion: Connect with Shopee Brazil's official logistics (SLS), and through the "domestic consolidation warehouse → Brazilian bonded warehouse" chain, shorten the logistics time from 45 days to 12-15 days, and reduce logistics costs by 28%. At the same time, launch targeted advertisements for the "Home Life" category on Shopee Brazil, and combine local social media (Instagram) for seeding to enhance brand awareness.
Project outcome
After three months of cooperation, the monthly sales volume of the store has increased from 56 units to 800 orders. Among them, the proportion of mini blasters exceeds 60%, making it a potential bestseller in the "Home Small Appliances" category on Shopee Brazil.
